Delayed beyond the usual time - Belated was aged for over two years. Made mostly from Merlot and benefits from a blend of 35% Cab Franc and just a hint of Cab Sauvignon. It's richly smooth with pronounced flavors of cherries, peppery spices and hints of rosemary. The extended oak aging provides for a lingering finish.

Saturated with burgundy color tones and concentrated berrylike aromas. The taste is soft, juicy and deep. Its lingering finish cascades a progression of black cherry, plum and blueberry flavors.
