Our goal is to provide you with a unique and personal tasting experience. Tastings are available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm (March through November) or by appointment.
Mountfair
is located 20 minutes west of Charlottesville at the base of the Blue Ridge
Mountains.
Directions to Mountfair Vineyards from Route 29 in Charlottesville:
- Take Barracks Road West to the small village of White Hall, about 15 minutes from the Barracks Road Shopping Center.
- Once in White Hall, follow the road (now Browns Gap Turnpike) to the right as it bends at Piedmont Store and heads North.
- Travel 4.5 miles on Browns Gap Turnpike.
- Turn right on Fox Mountain Road and cross over Doyles River.
- The winery is located 1/2 mile on your right.
